So we get bitesize huge monster chunks! :3

You chew through the stomper, eating it to burrow through (9 DNA). You especially target those red lines criss-crossing your vision, biting through them like they where no stronger than the rest of the stomper's inside, noting that they have a sort of metallic taste, and cause the surrounding material to become sort of redder when cut.
You also notice the tingling burn of swimming through the stomper's digestive enzymes, although they seem designed to digest plant matter, not other cells. And being inside another cell does slow you down.

You have built up a whole lot of DNA. More so, in fact, than you can hold. Suddenly, you feel a whooshing, as something inside you compresses far further than it should have. You do feel a sort of sparkly tingle in your enzymes, but you feel you probably lost more than you gained.

Uh, sorry, I forgot to update the evolutions available table a while back, and then forgot I still needed to do it. sorry, I'll give you another day with the updated table.

ooooo~ fancy, but we don't have a greater protobrain available *sadface*

so for now: Standard protobrain (8); Potent Explosives (more damage, we tend to be more about accuracy) (6); Razor spines (5) (so we can penetrate armoured targets); Prehesile tentacle (10) (2 are better than one); 2x flangellum (8) (more speed) and Resist acids (2) (we tend to end up inside large creatures, this should help)

You split, even though you are inside the stomper. This has an unwanted effect of exposing the thinner membrane you have during the splitting process, causing you a great deal of pain, which could have been avoided. Once you regain conscious thought, though, you notice that the stomper's digestive enzymes no longer tingle so badly.
You shake your head, noting that you have become complex enough to declare that portion of your body "separate" from the rest. There's a lumpy organ inside that wasn't there before, too, with various thoughts drifting through. One of which functions along the lines of noticing that there are actually thoughts in your head. You shrug, an actual shrug, too, with the two tentacles located behind and slightly below your head, one of which wasn't there before. You then inadvertently launch a spike, which you notice slices through the stomper's flesh much faster than before, actually exiting the beast before blowing up, with a much more violent reaction than before. It also helps that you have two more flagella, which help push you through the stomper's insides that much faster.
Your new clone agrees.

Launch our super spines all over the place!!! we can cut through anything!!!
But don't fire at species A; i think with our new brain we can manage that.

You roar out, your first attempt in trying to make a language. It sounds a bit like "Fayhhrrr!", and since you launch several of your spines, your clone successfully equates that sound, or similar sounds, with the act of launching spines. Or, maybe he just sees you firing, and fired, too. Sound within the stomper is a bit muffled, so you don't know if it heard.
Two of the spikes fail to exit through the stomper's skin, although they successfully reach it's membrane, with it's weird white-yellow waxy coating, leaving you safe from the explosions.
Finally, it seems the stomper's taken enough grief that it's given up the ghost. The thing lasted long enough that you are pretty sick of seeing it. You use one tentacle to scratch your furry underside, noting with some shock that the thing was all but immune to the static electricity, despite being grounded.
You then start gobbling up it's innards, since you are virtually starving (9 DNA).

keep eating and fill up, then exit the stomper with our clone and try making different noises. remember the sound "Fayhhrrr!" as our species' battle cry

You gobble up as much more of the stomper as you can fit in your mouth, as much as you can swallow with your tongue, as much as you can period, although you're still hungry (11 DNA). You note that already the stomper's meat is becoming less nutritious, and that it's tasting kinda... old. You eat your way to the stomper's skin, and then punch your way out, your clone exiting right beside you. You can see from the outside that the stomper is starting to disintegrate, holes forming in it's thinning membrane, fluids leaking out. Still, though, the thing is huge.
You note that the small, slimy armored cell that was here earlier has gotten a wee bit larger. Not much, though. It's also leaving a trail now, which it wasn't before. Still, though, it's multiplied, and stronger.
You also need a name for yourself, if you're going to form a language. You notice the smaller guys trying to form one, and make a few yells at your clone, trying to figure out some words.

however if that creature behaves aggressively then attack it with our knife spines.
