What is the most overpowered custom ship here?

I think it's the High Angel.

The High Angel gets a pass because it's pretty, and it would be a shame for a gorgeous ship like that not to be full o' doom.

I just tested. Apparently my Massive Strokes is more broken then the High Angel, and I bet there's stuff stronger then the MS. (There's a class of mini-ships some people've made, armed with the strongest lasers known to man.)

I think stupidly sounds a bit offended I don't think the creators would appreciate it if there wonderfull creations end up in a thread like this....

Unfortunately, most of the cool-looking ships are deflector/L337beam spammers and thus overpowered.

Exactly. For instance, drones counter the the deflectors for going straight at the ships, and mess with the deflectors.
Small, fast gunship vessels with a good punch to them can decimate any craft if it gets the opportunity.

Demeters- Rapid-firing Particle Cannons. FIRE ZE BOLTERS!

Gunships- MY Particle gun: 4 damage, 3 clipsize, 0 shot deviation, 14 frames Reload.

Well, you can practically destroy that ship with only beams.
