Hi!
These are my ships... Nothing particularly awesome, especially in comparison to you guys, but they're neat. No floating weapons (well, maybe a couple...) or tangled webs of parenting, at least.

Most of them are capable of eating stock ships alive, but they're actually beatable by a couple of Hestias and a Cronus or two (I've done it personally). Just don't expect them to stand up to your cold war ships or anything.
First .rar is most of the ships (and a bunch of others that I'm too lazy to screenshot

Second is the cliched army of robot ships that I'll actually go into some detail about.
EDIT: Third is random stuff that I've made since then, including one new drone that doesn't work quite how I intended. Highlights are the Duelist and the Flash, I'd say.

Now, onto the handful of screenshots that you're lucky I remembered to get.

I got the cooler stuff here anyways. Be grateful, I took thirteen whole screenshots for you. >_>
Okay, first up, is modified stock ships. Some are minor alterations (I didn't upload some of those), but some are big enough that they're just barely recognizable as relatives to the original.

The centerpiece one with the visible aegis bubble shielding is the Thetis V2. It focuses on damage over time, but it has plenty of time to spare with its long range and shielding.
The buglike one next to it is the Charybdis V2.
It's actually able to outrun a dead slug now, and it's a TANK. 4 (or 5, if you count the aegis) deflectors, 5 flak guns, abaltabitilvitive (I can't spell) armor, and plenty of HP. It's meant to get right in the middle of things so it can use all its guns at once, although I tweaked the firing arcs so it can actually focus its shots a bit now. It also has a powered up (but not too much so; i think i gave it 10 damage. Yes, I know that's per frame.) shock beamer that fires in most directions.
Also visible:
Hestia Delta (aegis one with the ugly armor flaps).
Hax0r Peitho (Aegis)
Moira Xb (Different alien tech)
Charybdis B & Charybdis Mod (2 deflectors and a nanomatrix, respectively)
Proteus Beta (Missiles)
Hestia Alpha B (Extra boosters, and I tacked on a beamer just for fun. And I know the name is now "alpha beta". Don't tell me.)
Zelus Beta (Beams and flank armor. It's actually frightening how effective these are in groups)
Hecathena (Guess which one this is)
Now we have ORIGINAL ships (yay!)

Shieldbeetles. I came up with the name after I finished the hull. Can you guess why?

From top to bottom is the Shieldbeetle One, Two, and Three. They each have their own strengths but can be used interchangeably for the most part. On the right is the Shieldbeetle F. It's faster and is best used flitting around near the enemy. That beamer has 360 rotation, by the way.
Over already? Huh.
BEHOLD THE GREAT WEDGE OF D- Wait, what do you mean that's already been done? Crap.

Anyways, here's this big blaster-heavy ship. I haven't named it yet, so it's just called "experiment" for now. The glowy part IS supposed to be an engine, by the way.
This one is pretty cool if I say so myself.

The Mega Zelus.
RUN, MORTALS! THE MEGA ZELUS SHALL DEVOUR YOUR SOUUUUUL!
And it's not slow either. Hell I think I made it faster than the normal one.
If you want to use it, the "giant core" (as well as a few others) is in the first link, in the subfolder, as "bigcore1". I think I did best on the Pirate one, to be honest. I couldn't do a good looking alien one, though, and the standard core is kind of small in proportion with the others. Well, I tried.
Oh dear. Could this be a joke ship?

KAMEHAMEHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!1!1one
Takes twelve episodes (read: 60 seconds) to reload, but it'll kill anything in one shot.
I'm kinda proud of the deflector thing, actually.
END OF DISC 1
PLEASE INSERT DISC 2
Aaaand I'm back.
Now for something I think is pretty neat. It's an army of robotic ships bent on taking over the universe or some other overdone plotline like that. Lots of variety here, folks.
Here are the small ones.

From left to right, top to bottom, is:
Artillery Drone, Burst Drone, Bypasser Drone, Defender Drone, Disabler Drone, Disarmer Drone
Distractor Drone, Fighter Drone, Interceptor Drone, Jet Drone, Miner Drone, Guardian Drone (this one was done when drivers still pierced flux projectors)
Repair Drone, Rounder Drone (shots that go in circles... maybe a tachyon would've been better than a weasel... Oh well.), Shell Drone (doesn't work properly because of dodgy hit detection

Now for the bigger ones.

Left to right: Carrier Drone, Crusher Drone (DON'T let this thing catch you.), Destroyer Drone, Wall Drone.
(zomg background stuff) The drones have AI, and some of them can even direct others, but without supervision they will begin to go haywire.
Here's said supervision.

Top left: Drone Controller (Surrounded by Assist Probe, Guardian Probe, Tank Probe, and Warrior Probe). Top right: Drone Overseer.
Bottom: Drone Overlord.
These ones are self-aware (oh noes), and are the controlling mind behind the rest of them. The probes are seperate from the drones in that they have no AI and are more like the overlord's hands.
The overseers are also connected to the overlord, and are typically spotted behind larger groups of drones, being that the overlord itself resides in its lair (the planet where it was created, which is now a barren wasteland after all biomatter has been purged. I TOLD you it was cliched.), constantly obsessing over making itself more perfect. The big squareish "ship" is just its latest "body". The worker drones are busy building a stronger one, which should be finished by the time the overlord wins a game of solitaire.
For a computer, it's not very good at card games.
The small "controller" satellites are placed to extend the overlord's reach. They constantly produce miniature kamikaze drones for self defense.
Note that the probes and Overlord have extreme range. They'll attack you from the other end of the map (if you're using default settings...), and stay annoyingly just outside of your reach (unless you're using fast ships with fair range).
SO... Whaddya think? There are more ships than this but, as stated, I'm too lazy to get pics of them.
