Unkown object detected in Beta Aquilae

A survey probe in the Beta Aquilae system detected an object of unknown origin early this morning. The object appeared to move under its own power. Visuals of the ship at maximum magnification revealed little detail.
A thermal scan provided more detail:
The object disappeared shortly after being observed, possibly into hypserspace. If the object is a vessel, it matches no known configuration for any race currently cataloged.

I took a look at your thread, and no, they're quite a bit different looking.

The sketches I've done do look a little like Shivan vessels in some places, but they're not actually Shivans, sorry.
Though that would make for an interesting conversion project.

At approximately 0330 this morning, a large number of objects emerged from hyperspace within close proximity of the Beta Aquilae survey probe. The probe began recording as soon as it detected the spacial anomoly, but at 0338 all transmissions from the probe ceased.
The following image is what the probe managed to transmit before it fell silent.
These objects conform to no known ship configuration for any races currently on record. From the image received, three distinct object types have been discerned. These have been temporarily designated Type 1, Type 2, and Type 3, in order from smallest to largest. The Type 1 object matches the general outlines of the object initially recorded by the probe.

We allways have technology of shields and lasers. Why can't we build a decent probe for once :x .

Then why not we make a ARMED, SHIELDED probe!
Then it can do some damage as well!
