Yes, I know most of them are one color, but I see no point in coloring them as they are just templates for sprited ships.
Amudsuden Class Dreadnought (Forgot to remove that turret, sorry)
Archipelago Class Dreadnought
Infernus class Gunship
Stryker class missile boat
Harriot Class Frigate
Thoughts, Comments?

Ok for stock-styled, I guess. Method is kinda obsolete though...you know, with custom sections and all...
Shapes are alright, but nothing really special. That's all there really is to comment on.
I'm interested in seeing what you could come up with using the newer features. (Just going along the lines of these would already be fairly good if "modernized").

I thought old-style ships sucked, this proves the opposite.
Well, the Harriot isn't really good, but the rest is ok.
Some screeny tips:
1. Use Ctrl + Backspace or Home to set the zoom to default, before making a screeny.
Use F11 (preview) and F9 (screeny) to take screenshots (Then you don't get ugly weapons in your screeny as at the Amudsuden).

I know I should first get the log out of my own eye before putting it into someone else's.
For instance: I should change my signature.
