nice, it looks much better
i prefer to have the gun held at an angle to the body than straight out though, which is what i've done with some mechs i made over the holiday. i just changed the angle of the body so the gun still pointed forwards

In that way, you will not be able to make your mech to 'fly straight'.

a) what if it doesn't fly...
b) got an idea with triggers (pretty much fly striaight then rotate when aquiring a target)

Note how this is a 2D *space* game. Ever tried walking or swimming through space? (Hint: it won't work)
Even so plenty of mechs are capable of flying in one way or another, even if they're ground-based.

nice, i like it a lot. the only problem i can see is that the right (bottom) shoulder pad looks wrong because it's too far forwards

the raja, my good sir, can be described by this one word: Bombdiggity! only thing is, i don't like the look of the turrets on the front.

Updated with a much more saturated colour scheme.
@Da_Dooley: Can you be more specific about the looks of the turrets?

they don't really look like turrets to me. from my perspective, they look like they are angled up, sorta like exhaust vents.

I see what he means and actually that would be a nifty use for them...Perhaps use the round glowy version of those turrets?
