Silverware's Ships (2 New Corvettes 12/9)

I've been playing BSF for over a year, and been playing with the Ship Maker all that time, I've just never posted up one of my ships before, mostly because they don't live up to my own standards.

But this is a ship I've made specifically for posting up here. It's a play with SW sprites, and only small. But I rather like it, I hope you do too.
Constructive Criticism welcomed.

More ships for your viewing pleasure, as always please leave Constructive Criticism so I can improve my designs.

Imperial Tellurian Ion Corvette
The Imperial Tellurian Ion Corvette was designed to be a fast moving, highly maneuverable anti-capital ship vessel. It generally flies in small squadrons of 3 craft.
It has a single hard hitting Ion Blaster as its primary weapon, the only downside to this is that the Ion Blaster takes much of the ships power plant to fire and so no other weapons can be fitted to the Corvette. This means that it needs an escort to survive against any craft fast enough to dodge the Ion Blaster.

Imperial Tellurian Light Corvette
The Imperial Tellurian Light Corvette is an escort for Corvettes and Frigates. Designed to take out the faster moving Fighters and Corvettes that many craft can't target effectively. It is often found guarding less important locations and merchant fleets.
It has two Pulsed Light Blasters with limited firing arc and improved armor, speed and turning over the Ion Corvette. The Pulsed Light Blasters are unfit for taking on any large craft, but are well suited for fast opponents.

Imperial Tellurian Heavy Corvette
The Imperial Tellurian Heavy Corvette is the big brother of the Light Corvette, it has a larger cross-section, heavier armor and two Pulsed Heavy Blasters in addition to the Pulsed Light Blasters, meaning that this ship can take on a larger variety of craft with ease. Often used as a main escort for Merchant Fleets and small military Strike Groups, it often ends up being the main line of defense against enemy corvettes.

Man. I like you. I like you a lot. Lurking. Not posting ships that don't live up to your own standards. Getting a feel for the game before posting up random, half-assed shit.

This ship is small, but it is well constructed, and the presentation is quite cool. Nicely done.

That's a nice looking little ship, and it is presented in a way that looks scarily like my avatar.

Lol yeah, sorry bout the plagiarism on that look.
It was just too cool to pass up and I like the end look of it.

Ooh, nice ship. Maybe you should post some more ships.

I have a Heavy Corvette, part of the Tellurian Empire, but it's coloration doesn't fit yet, the coloring will take a bit, mostly cause BSF didn't like me having two copies of the ship maker open at once when I finished the Heavy Corvette. But more will come as I get my act together, and the download links will go up as I get the weapons balanced better.

This is sweet stuff--can't wait to see more.

One idea for you to consider is to use this ship as the base for larger ships. It's a style I greatly admire in the BSF community, but as you've said, you've probably seen much too.

Just a small update on the Ion Corvette.

Small changes, just re-parenting the light grey section just under the dark grey curved armor pieces, and a few small movements of sections to produce a smaller cross-section. Also added navigational lights.

Also I uploaded the new images in PNG format so the color is better.

Woo two new ships, the Light and Heavy Corvettes.
