Archives for ships and fleets. 'nuff said. Most of the ships here are very very old and will not work in current versions of BSF or SM. You have been warned!
Hi, I'm new here on the forums. I finally decided to register an account to show my ships. I think some are overgunned though, for some reason. Anyway, here are the ships.
Blade-Class Corvette
Sword-Class Frigate
Scythe-Class Bomber
Katana-Class Cruiser
By the way, the green stuff in some ships is the core (which I can't find out how to give it an permanent color because everytime I paint it grey it changes back to stock green.). These aren't my first by the way, my first one was very, VERY crappy.
Change the core's color by right-clicking on it and going to "Change Colour." then proceed from there. And yes, I do believe some of those ships are a bit over-gunned.

I like the shapes and I see you put weapon depthing to good use. But the colors seem to clash too much for my tastes, maybe try spreading out orange (only highlights/accent) and more shades of gray for showing depth. Aside from that and some usual mirroring errors (look along the centerlines of the Katana) I like them
The second ship (frigate) may need a little less guns, yeah. But the others I think are fine. Great start.

I think it would be good if you could replace and reposition the blasters on the Katana. Hide the engines while you are at it.

I really like the hull shape of all four, especially the wings and rear on the first! The colors clash a bit and the depth could be more pronounced, still very nice
The last one seems a tad bit over-armed, but I really like the depthing you did with the broadside-autocannons.
