Start of a fleet

Well, just posting up a fleet I'm starting to work on for C&C
Just have the fighter for now (hope to get a corvette up later, once I'm happy with it) but... uh... yeah
Will be my "real" minifleet when finished

Image
As close to normal zoom as I can get, and have it be clearly visible (might actually be normal zoom, didn't really check)
about 20 pixels across (might shrink it down a bit more, but don't think so)

so... uh... yeah
.shp

nice

Cool ship. Nice parts (custom, or am I missing something?)
just don't overarm it.
Corvette would be cool with this style, yet maybe difficult with al those angeled parts.

Just keep up the good work and you will be allright.

Looks like warning forever sprites... I look forward to seeing where you go with this since I haven't seen much use of those pieces yet.

alright, corvette... sorta
I was having quite a bit of trouble making this, never quite got it to look exactly like I want it to.
I finally got to... well... this
Image
now, I am fully aware that it doesn't look that good. However, I like it. Alot. Don't really know why, but... I do :) I do plan on making 2 corvettes however, so any and all comments/ criticism would be greatly appreciated. Small tweaks? I'll make to this one. Larger tweaks? I'll use to make the second corvette.
So, uh... yeah
And sorry about the paint scheme, I know it's VERY meh :/
And yes, that is a custom section on the front. I plan on refining it a bit more (I'm going to play around some more w/ the area where it overlaps the WF_sec16) so if you have any tweaks you could suggest to that, it would be great.
edit: oh, and, uh... if anyone wants the sprite for w/e reason, here you go: http://dl.getdropbox.com/u/154522/BSF/LS_WFsec1.png

I really like that fighter. No-Detail Parts = Win. I think I'll try something like that after my present minifleet is finished.

A unique design choice to say the least, and I like where this is going. :)
Overall they are pretty good, nothing to really complain about here.

I'm looking forward to what the bigger ships are going to be like.

My eyes dislikes the "no-detail" ship parts somewhat. Put together they look more like a piece of abstract art (very beautiful!), but not so much a spaceship (always been a fan of the crude-looking detailed ships with wires and pipes sticking out all over) :P

Anyway this is definitely a very unique personal style you found there, it looks good generally speaking ^^

Pretty cool I like the new style with less detail sections so its less cluttered, but one problem is the color, change the dark indigo to a lighter color because its hard to see

I am liking where these ships are going and I eagerly await more.

I say keep the color scheme, light blue is much too common.

Yea any capitals anytime soon, I like the shape and yes the blue is too dark but keep it if you want. Try putting the ships in a brighter background.
