How do I use custom stats weapons posted on the forums?

How do I use custom stats weapons posted on the forums in the format of:

Twin Cannon: weapon|Blaster|37.50|10|2|32|11|-1|-1|-1|-1|Twin Cannon|-1|180|-1|-1|-1|-1|-1|1|1

I saw this in the tourney forum, and I didn't know what use it was to me.

On any section, module/weapon, or doodad, you can use the E and R keys to copy (R) and paste (E) stats, in the form of that example you posted. Pressing the key will also automatically copy/paste the text, you just have to press OK.
