Please note the pictures are outdated. I will update them as soon as I am able. However their text descriptions above the pictures are updated.
I redid the front page so it's easier to navigate. Just click on the image links to see the ships.

The side engines go together really well on the capital ship.

Ah, I had an interesting explanation for that one.
Basically the elongated hull of the ship would suffer tremendous stress if it had all it's engines in the back, this would in theory cause the ship to tear itself in half as it made a turn while in combat. So to accommodate for that, two extra engines were placed on the sides, displacing the stress.

Technically I wanted a reason to try the side engines though. I like the result.

Those deflectors are just asking to be lancet'd.

Thats the point. I wanted to try something different then the standard Deflectors in the back formula.

OMG I sawz something!

Um, your ships seem to be lacking thrusters. I believe they'd look better with them.

Apart from that, these are some really nice designs. Awesome.

I don't like thrusters. I REALLY, really don't. These engines are inspired by some engines another member did here. Forgot his name though, he did awesome asymmetrical ships.

Kos-Abbadon, I believe.

Love the ships, they have style and you incorporated Aralonian "war machine effect" well.

Yea thats him. Kos.
And yea, being allies of the Aralonians, IVL has incorporated some of their tech and style.

I have to say Lizzie, nice ships. Job well done.
My only problem with them is that they all look like the Hecatate/Athena in general hull shape/structure. This isn't a big deal, I just wanted to point in out. Other then that, good job.

Those megatachyons are hiding some fun surprises for unwary combatants, yes?

Awesome, just the way i imagine a 'classic' space battleship should look like, with that 'im a boat in space!' look, plus clean'n'sharp aesthetics. Top notch stuff.

Hi, Liz! Finally got it up, eh? Nice work, I must say.

On the ships; Doodading is good, the ships look nice overall, and I'm happy to see you made some sort of a mix between new and old styles.

Two questions, though;- how are they balanced?
- are you gonna post the IVL's new timeline?
