Very nice, although hard for me to see. I like the contrast between the light and dark colors, but my bad eyes don't let me fully appreciate it.

New ship, the Independence Destroyer, as always, the download and image is on the first post.

If you notice, the color's are a little brighter now.

I'll be thinking of some frigates eventually, maybe three, one specifically made for beams, another for missiles, and a standard frigate.

I just discovered exactly how powerful the Inquisitor is...single-handedly took out a Constitution Cruiser, two Independence Destroyers and one Liberty Destroyer...all while taking only 10% damage to hull and weapons...

Epic battle though.

Very nice. I prefer your big ships though, they look so epic. Are you planning to make anything bigger then the inquisitor? Also, how many pieces does it have and what are its stats (this is to figure out whether it would be a match for my satanist Valefar. Note that I'm on a computer that doesn't have BSF so I can't download your ship and pit them against mine).

Funny thing you mention your Satanist fleet because I just downloaded it about an hour ago to pit them against my fleet.

I might make some sort of Super Dreadnought, the Inquisitor is exactly 499 pieces (I couldn't find a spot for a 500th piece...

).

And its stats...made fancy sounding for kicks, I'm sure you'll get what's supposed to be what.

That ship murders my framerate, I can't exactly get any results, though the amount of firepower the ship puts out immediately pushes my Inquisitor out of its firing range so it can't do anything to your ship.

I'd say eventually my ship would slowly be peeled away.

Quick little announcement, I have a new ship that I have just begun, I plan on making a Super Dreadnought (For lack of a proper name of classification) called the Crusader. This ship will be triple the size of an Inquisitor (Would Titan be a better class name?).
This will be my biggest challenge to make look good.

So far this is just the bridge up to the basic layout of the port. Where the section 26 sticks out is where more will be added behind it, around where the wings will be made.
(Beware of new beam cannon in the works...)

...start with changing the colour. I can barely see it. Blue is nice and all but it just doesn't work with black. Unless you're mad and using a white shipmaker background.

Nice looking so far. I agree with Arcalane though, I have no problem with most of the ships people complain about being too dark, but this one really is. Lighten the dark blue parts a bit and it would be better. Anyway, I look forward to seeing this baby finished, it almost inspires me to continue working on my satanist fleet just so I can make the huge ship that'll kick this one's ass.
