Finished arming it, went ahead and did some little modifications to the winglets.

Nothing else I can say about it. At least my super-capitals have all been remade finally.

Comparing this to your BP fleet, I have to see that technically you've improved in some of the minutia of ship building, but I think you've lost sight of the forest in your search for the perfect tree. I'll admit to not comparing them all, but your older ships had much more interesting lines and shapes. You've cleaned up some clutter and made crisp lines, altered your colors favorably, and at the same time replaced interesting ships with bricks and gone nuts with slightly unnecessary outlining that often adds little of interest. I hope you come to reconsider the last two moves.
seriously Anna. seriously oh my gawd seriously.

I found my other ships to be too flat, with the variation of different forms of blue too erratic, I had hoped that using the outlining would make the ships appear as if there were sections built together, like how some of them have a line that separates the wings from the wing struts, I also didn't tilt sections like I had before since I think I didn't know exactly how to use that form effectively. I'm not sure I can say that they had interesting lines or shapes considering they were a mass of dark blue spun together pieces surrounded by a bright blue outline.

At least, I suppose that's what I think. And at least that was some true feedback I can look at, and hopefully try to understand it (Some of it I truly don't get the meaning).

Bump for pointless announcement.
Since I finished remaking the Templar I've no longer been compelled to work on anymore ship remaking or to work on the ships I said I'd make to add to the fleet. I don't know when I'll get back to working on the Spootech fleet if not ever again.

Yay, I'm working on...something...I have no idea what in Sam's Hill I'm doing with this, or what it'll turn out to become. Maybe I'll try working on various missile types on this one...

It's...bleh now.
I'm trying for a radical design that's completely different to the rest of my fleet.
Keep going, or scrap heap?

Actually, it looks pretty interesting. Maybe if the bow was reworked a bit..or not. It actually looks a bit more civilian than the rest of the Spootech fleet...

i say keep going, you are on to something with that current design.
To me it seems to lack a nose, but after reading what you were aiming for, that might not be what is best for this ship, ill see if i can think of anything that might help.

keep on going!

Looks okay...
The blue highlighting looks kind of weird to me, but other than that it looks good.

I think you should continue with the design just to see where it goes.

DeathsHand and Darkship: The design isn't complete, which is why it's lacking a bow or a nose and stuff. I suppose since I might use this as my arsenal ship it won't be the typical "penis brick with attachments."

Blackhart: It's just to seperate chunks of the ship so it doesn't look totally flat, and acts like an armored plating.

I guess I will work on this more...once more shapes form in my head.

Looks pretty sweet. I imagine the end result being something more teardrop shaped, like say, a Seraph. Interesting.

That is kind of odd how they look similar in shape at this moment...I've never seen a Seraph until just now.
There'll be more to it though.

Survey says...
This ship is going nowhere... :?

I just can't think of a damn thing to do with this ship.
And all other attempts at thinking of new designs are epic fails that can't even get past the mental image stage.
So the ship's being scrapped, and the rest of the fleet is probably going to be left to crash and burn.

You're not the only one. It's happened to a lot of us.

Sad to see such good ships never being finished...
