can someone make a tutorial on modding? its just that i want to know how to do some of these things that i see in custom ships and i try and fail to figure them out and i don't want to just ask millions of questions everywhere...
it would be very much appreciated by me and many other people

how to make things glow, how to make some of those modded pulsar weapons you see everywhere (how do you make a pulsar shot that isn't moving disappear after some time?) things like that

You're going to need to be a wee bit more specific on those things...
Generally the modded pulse guns are explained by their creators, just read around a little bit. Especially check out my Novelty Weapon Threads if you're really interested in weapon modding, they contain a lot of custom weapons and how to make them.
