Archives for ships and fleets. 'nuff said. Most of the ships here are very very old and will not work in current versions of BSF or SM. You have been warned!
Hello! That ship above is my first project...Any ideas for improvement? I'm going to add aegis deflectors when I figure out how to add them to a section....
Well, at least we can kill it with lots and lots of beams. Or, at least, declaw it with nukes.
Anyhow... eh. Stats could use work. What's the parenting tree on it look like?

Well I wasn't really trying when i did the stats. I know its obscene, This ship was just a test to see if I could make a ship that wasn't butt ugly....NOW I'm going to make it to make it realistic and not "OMFG HAX" powerful.. The parenting tree is a bit cluster cuz I made random additions and stuff (ie im working on the front then I added the wings on the back). Thanks for the advice. Im going to knock down to hp to 15000ish and make the turning crappy so it has a weakness on from back attacks
Actually, that's not that much. My dreadnought's got 200 sections and clocks in at a default hp around 47,672. So given the size of his ship, if the whole thing has a grand total of 15,000 hp, it's actually fairly weak.
Now, if the core itself has 15,000 hp, not counting the rest of the ship, that's a different matter entirely...

The ship "ISN'T" a pendulum.
He did not say the ship IS a pendulum, he said it would swing LIKE a pendulum. He was referring to how the ship is quite long, and with the core situated near the back, it would swing like a pendulum. Get it?
