2nd try for a decent fleet (Sneek peek time)

So this is my 2nd try. After my first fail (in my opinion)
So give me your 2 cents of opinion. I´m not a fan of aegis so my ships are more triggerhappy with guns and only the biggest ships whield deflectors. A flagship is still in the drydocks so it´s not on screen. Perhaps shown later.

When you have suggestions for shipnames post them.

The medium sized ships remind me a lot of NEN vessels, and they all seem to be well balenced. Your choice of color scheme is pretty good too, and I like a newbie who doesn't like aegis, that's always a plus. So, overall the fleet is pretty good, if a bit small. Gotta say though, I'm not a huge fan of the color scheme, but that's just me.

PS: The little carrier near the bottom of the screenie is pretty bad-ass. That one's my favorite for some reason.

Forgot one ship, the medium carrier, hope you like him too.
As a size comparison a carrier variant of one of the medium ships.

Ooh, me likes. Especially that last carrier. Asymmetry FTW.

As for names... what you need is a theme. BSF's stock ships all have Greek names (I believe, I recognize some gods), I have airborne creatures for mine... think of something like that. It tends to help.

Oooh, i like those, the default glow suits them well

Although those small 'wings' look kind of out of place - theyre too small (on the bigger ones) and don't merge with the hull too well.

Tip: change glow color to grey/black and disable gradient.

That last one reminds me a lot of the Carrier from Homeworld II, I don't know why.

Looks so 1337 though.
