My attempts at shipmaking

Archives for ships and fleets. 'nuff said. Most of the ships here are very very old and will not work in current versions of BSF or SM. You have been warned!

Looky here, compare the spots highlighted in red with each other, ones on the top do not match their bottom counterparts. A session of shift+arrow keys will sort it out!

I know, I tried to mirror early, but I failed centering too many pieces, which makes sorting out the mirroring very hard.

There isn't too many pieces there. As long as the mirroring is all right, you could delete one half of the ship completely and then mirror it again.

I would just appreciate a sustained stream of useful criticism, and not have my topic end up dying.

What would you recommend for the Wolverine?

I know how you feel, but im afraid it can't be helped. There are not enough people here for that, and its actually not that easy to make constructive comments on every ship, especially if its small and generic.

So... id like to say something useful, but Wolverine is too small and your ships are generally too generic. don't hate me :)

What sort of doodads, and do you mean just make the ship bigger?

Doodads are a feature of the newer shipmaker versions. One problem you may have with not getting comments is that you're posting SB2 files, which can't be opened in Shipmaker 3. I'd post .shp files, if I were you.

Well, someone needs to download them, because I appear to have lost the files for all of them.

False alarm, I found them in a little cranny, but now I have now clue how to access them in shipmaker.
