Blue area looks ok to me, but I get that same feeling that something is off.
Oh, I see it. that's 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 repair modules on the same ship, and it's a combat vessel at that. Not even a repair drone, you made a ship that will heal itself as it take hits.

Alright, now that enough criticism rolled in, I can do some explanation.

The reason why it looks like a phallus is it's supposed to be a giant boat with rockets stuck behind of it. Also, I forgot to mention that this IS in fact one of my old ships. Oh, also, pirates have carpentry men and bilgepeople with them, right? That's why I have so many nanomatrixes.

Nanomatrixs can be modified to have increased range, the same goes for many of the modules on your ship.

Just modify your nanos to have enough range to cover your ship and scrap the rest.

I watched Pirates of the Caribbean. They were pirates. And not once during their broadside battles with the royal navy involve men hanging down from the deck patching up holes in the middle of a firefight. The men you have on repair duty could be better used in a shootout by manning turrets.
