Photoshop's batch processing, imo.

Nice ship, But I don't like the coloring, a bit too mismatched for my liking bt a good looking ship

I like the flames for the engines, very nice effect. However, the railgun doesn't look very good. Try hiding it.

Go Download Irfanview and Paint.NET. Irfanview can open every file type known to man, and several known to dolphin. Paint.NET is what happened when Photoshop knocked up MS Paint and sent the baby to live with GIMP.

The quality is a bit better, but the picture is also larger... oh well.
What do you think about my changes?

Much better. The driver is a better choice imo.

Bump due to lack of C&C.
Please let me know if I'm doing things correctly. Also, I'm working on a back story for the new line of ships I'm working on.

Anna edit: READ THE FUCKING RULES, YOU STUPID NEWBIE FUCKS. Bump your threads with content, or responses. Do not make worthless spamposts to bump your thread. It will not be tolerated for even one moment. Enjoy your warning.

BUMP FOR NEW CONTENT.

It's getting really annoying how all of my ships are being ignored.

EDIT:: When do warnings go away, so I know when to breathe again?

Be aware that although the flame effect looks ok,that it will never animate, thus it will look funky in space.(stationary unmoving flames, not to mention it will be full blast when the ship isn't moving at all)

I am aware of that, although the aegis effect gives slight animation. The only real problem is the not moving whilst going at full blast thing. In hindsight, I probably should have gone with a different engine, but I thought that this looked unique.

EDIT:: I fooled around with the engines; tell me what you think.
Download the ship [http://www.wyrdysm.com/battleshipsforev ... (EDIT).shp]

It's not a link because apparently parentheses screw up links.

wild coloring on the nose of the frigate.
For the engines, try pasting this. Will have to resize it but it at least makes engines look decent since it kinda vibrates as if it was aegised without the messy lines.
section|spr_DooNoise|-1|33023|5000|183.95|-90|2.80|-2.50
or something I just found. Use a few of these overlapping eachother with different shades of flame colors... Haven't built a ship with it yet but their animates so its better than nothing and you could do the same flame design.
section|spr_Meteor|-1|33023|-1|159.24|0|-1|0.30

*edit* whoa, section|spr_BigBoom|-1|33023|-1|163.43|0|1|0.40 is even wilder.

And I'm messing with the engines now.
Also, thanks for the advice.

EDIT:: Whenever I copy and paste that string, the section turns into a bridge for me.
