Archives for ships and fleets. 'nuff said. Most of the ships here are very very old and will not work in current versions of BSF or SM. You have been warned!

Yes, I decided to make a new dreadnought going oldschool. Just for kicks.
NO SHIELDS. NO FANCY WEAPONS.

Just straight cannons. Two mac guns. And nuclear missile launchers.
Also she has fighter carrying capacity. And Ablative Armor plates.

Not bad. Reminds me of a beefed-up version of the Pillar of Autumn. :)

Look at it sideways and it looks like the mech-form of that ship from Macross.

DING DING DING! We have a winner.
Not the Pillar of Autumn. BUT she IS based on the ships the UNSC used in the Halo games/books.

And if anyone is interested. Here is a cross section of the ship.

I made one, but the trouble is, the PoA in general is ugly a f***, and it don't work well as a BF ship.

The problem is, again that the PoA is a generic giant block of doom, and therefore very ugly and indistinctive. On the other hand, if I could just get a top down of UNSC frigate types...

Go ugly space ships!
Look Up
upon reading this:
50% of people will have scrolled up
25% will have looked at their ceiling
The last 25% can now feel smug because everyone else has taken orders from a little sig box.

Looking around HBO is never a bad idea if you're looking for Halo info.
