Archives for ships and fleets. 'nuff said. Most of the ships here are very very old and will not work in current versions of BSF or SM. You have been warned!
I had the crazy idea to rebuild a Mitsubishi Zero, and they seemes to like it on IRC. Then I started on a Spitfire. They liked it too. So, why change a succesformula?
The Mitsubishi Zero;
Armed with the traditional 7.7 and 20mm cannons, of course adapted to BSF. The bombs were changed to plasma torpedoes.
"Me want whole airforce woop woop" ok random excited jumping over. Now being serious these look quite interesting and may help me decide on a interesting design for my fighters for my fleet.
I already have. Most of these are about the size of an Oenone and smaller, except for the Spitfire, which came out a bit...larger than expected. I'll try to fix that one, though.
EDIT: massive avatar is massive. PM is on the way, don't jump up on his back for it.

Downloaded and took a stab. The design is faithful to the source, total success, though seeing airplanes sliding across the battefield and drifting around is rather unsettling.

Actually a carrier to scale with these would be wicked, not to mention a cool silhouette in BSF. As for drifting, if anyone could come up with a way to make planes drift it would be the Japanese, but can't you mod acceleration and turning to fix that, since their too small to care if they turn instantly?
