Not bad, you didn't remake any major newb mistakes.
The only problem left are the colour scheme. Gray is WAY overused. Secondly, your choice of secondary colour is glaring, try to put more of them but as a complementry color (Green+yellow, Red+Black, Green+Blue, Black+White, Purple+Pink etc etc), not a completely diffrent one.
Nothing much to say about the weapons. Using aegis/booster modules to colour stuff is a good idea but it will also suffer from the same lack of color coordination if not used properly.
Overall nice improvement, the problems with colour is at their best, optional. If you don't wish to change their colour, its okay.
Side Tip: Don't ever use defualt colouring. It is differenet for every single BF game. Use custom colouring, that way your colours will be transferred over when downloading.
Ship glow can wildly affect your ship colouring, the best is to set them to black so they do not interfere with your colours.

I honestly did not know you had made a ship called Hood. I just took the name from the real life battlecruiser that was sunk by the Bismark in WWII.
