How do you turn off the ship glow? I've only been able to change it to gray, which funnily enough is what it's at right now. I will try to find a color that doesn't turn brown, though.
"Okay. I'm gonna get your money for ya. But if you don't get the President of the United States on that phone, you know what's gonna happen to you?"
"What?!"
"You're gonna have to answer to the Coca Cola company."

In BSF, go to Options > glow. Set it to off. Alternately, set it to black either through the INI file or in BSF > Options > Color (Click the button til you get to "Ship Glow").Swamp Fox wrote:How do you turn off the ship glow? Here's a picture withought the glow, but dim for some unknown reason. Same question though; should I use Commodore's colorscheme or try to find another?
By the way, I really am curious about which engine people prefer, normal or double-aegis.

I'm no master of coloring, but I would change either the light blue to a darker gray or lighter red, or change the dark red border to blue or something.
Also, a lot of those weapons look like they were just stuck on as an afterthought.

No afterthoughts, I just use different criteria as to where my guns belong . Does the new color work better? Also, a lot of those weapons look like they were just stuck on as an afterthought.
Oh, and since no-one's offered an opinion, I'm doing the double-aegis after this.

Yeah, that color works a lot better.
As for the engines, I think they look fine as-is.
