I must be really bored :p
Acantha Theta
A light support destroyer version of the Acantha designed to replace the Proteus. Equipped with one torpedo launcher, two beamers and two particle guns.
Phobos
And speaking of the Proteus, the Phobos is an expansion of the Proteus design in order to address that vessel's deficiencies. The end result is a light support destroyer (which the Acantha Theta was designed in competition against). Similarly equipped with one torpedo launcher, two blasters, two particle guns and a sheild generator.
Phobos Gamma
Designed as a cheaper alternative of the Moira as a cheap Gluon Bolter platform.
Phobos Sigma
Designed as a light patrol destroyer; a competing design to the Acantha.
Also got one other design, but since it's silly I'm going to put it in a separate thread

Ok I've made some more changes:
- the Charon has had two particle guns removed and the pulse guns have been moved to their former positions (didn't take a screenshot, use your imaginations )
- firepower on the Thanatos has been overall reduced and adjusted. Refer to screenshot below:
- firepower on Hephestus has been overall adjusted and hopefully more balanced. The ship has also been repositioned to feature more alien technology. Refer to screenshot below:

Agamemnon
Another outcome of "Project Hades" to counter advanced Alien capital ships, the original intention was to create a heavily-armed battleship using alien technology; the end result more resembles a stand-off support ship comparable to the Alien Dreadnought.
EDIT: went back and did some more weapons adjustments - I switched the forward most particle guns and scatterbeams (which are in the shielded part, so you probably can't see them) around with each other. HP has also been increased to 450.

Ok, I have even more ships, and I'm pretty sure these will finally be the last in quite a while. Now I can finally get back to real work
Cerberus
Whereas the Oenopion was an attempt to improve the Oenone, and the Phobos an attempt to replace the Proteus, the Cerberus was an attempt to replace both the Oenone and Proteus with a single frame, creating a jack-of-all-trades somewhere between destroyer and patrol craft, with some rear-facing armament on the side. The above variant represents the "primary" variant, meant to perform general patrol duties.

This light support destroyer is meant to replace the Proteus and features identical forward armament, but a much slower turn rate partially made up with two rear-facing blasters.
Cerberus Beta
This version of the Cerberus is meant to replace the Oenone and features two advanced Beamer turrets capable of 360-degree coverage as well as retaining the Lancet launcher, but sacrifices the fifth Beamer for two particle guns.
And now for perhaps one of my most controversial designs to date. My previous attempts, the Herakles and Thanatos/Hesphestus were my first attempts to design a really large ship on the scale of the Zeus/Cronus, but using the Hestia as a base for convenience and well it seemed like a good platform for expansion. But those designs just didn't seem...big enough. So I created a TRUE Zeus replacement, and uh here it is.
Uranus
Developed as a true Zeus replacement, the Uranus also takes advantage of advancements in reverse-engineering alien weaponry and rear-facing scatterbeams.

Arcas Final:
The Arcas Final Battleship is the final variant of Arcas, so it is capable to launch much more Demeters, as well as defending and healing itself and nearby allies
Beyan Death:
Beyan Death is the first, and the final upgrade of Beyan, and hence it has many beamers which can destroy enemies in no time.
Blastering:
The Blastering Battleship is capable to shoot many, many blasters, so it give long range, all around, extremely heavy blaster support. It also has deflectors to protect itself. However, its structure is not deep enough to be longlasting
Cros:
The Cros is the final upgrade of Cronus, and it is the super laser platform. It also has deflectors, Flux projectors and interceptors to defend itself as well as nearby ships
Disaster:
The Disaster Defence Platform is capable to shoot multiple Gluon Bolters, Lancet Beams and Demeter Pod Launchers, and it has the extreme ability to overwhelm any enemies. It also has Nanomatrix to repair itself. But it lacks any turrets mean that they won't shoot anything without any order.
Giant:
The Giants super battleship is, as name, super battleship. It has all turrets and modules available.
Pandit Crazy:
The Pandit Crazy Torpedo Battleship is the first, and final upgrade of Pandit. Its unique ability of launching torpedo launchers can damage directly the core of enemies. It also has Gluon Bolters and Lancet Beams which can overwhelm enemies.
Note: All these ships are unbalanced

Being new to the board, I've been working on some ships for this awesome game for a little while now. (Can anyone tell me how the number for Alien Dreadnoughts in the sandbox mode?)
As far as I've tested the Shrike is fairly balanced. With some micro it can turn really nasty though. Can take out ships one on one, sometimes two on one. Anything greater than three and it's limited fire arcs will have it suffering.
Sneaky little fighter which really relies on avoiding fire. Designed for use in groups of 2 or more.
A bomber which also relies on avoiding fire. Trades in some speed for larger payload but also has a bigger footprint.
I liked the idea of frigates that could single-handedly take on light-medium pirate incursions by itself while still operating well when surrounded. Suffers against long range blasters.

Thanks for the compliments and the code for alien dreadnoughts. The next ships have all been tested against foes of all kinds. As soon as i figue out how to upload them they'll be here.

Well, after some experimenting, I finally got a good hull design for my 'Apollo' laser patrol craft.
Basically what I wanted to do was create a patrol craft level vessel that had beamers. I started building my first study model in ship maker and then thought to myself "well, technically it's more lightly armed than either the Proteus or Zelus", so I decided to add some point defence, specifically, two particle guns. I did this by adding two of the little semi-triangular bits from off the back of the Chronos/Zeus to the foward sides of the core and attatching the particle guns to the very front of them to make them vulnerable to ememy fire (an attempt at balancing there).
Then I thought, 'well, that bit looks good, but the bits with the beamers on then don't. So I went through five other variants before I came up with what is now saved on my computer as the "Apollo F". Turns out all the resizing of parts I was doing wasn't necessary after all...

Devastator
This is my favorite super ship:

It can handle alot before going down HOWEVER i needed 3 outher unbalanced ships to take it down becouse number 19's couldnt...
SO i made him an enemy and sent 3 Halbreds after him.....

The end result was that 1.5 Halbreds survived ( th .5 is becouse half of the second one was pretty much blown clean off ) LOL thats one big ship.
Unfortunatly it won't let me upload it becouse its to big if anyone knows a way for me to get it in here for you all to try tell me.... ALSO all of the images here EXCEPT the Devastator are avialbe in the ship database Try them out and tell me what you think i need to improve on them or remove from them..
The devastators SBL file is 158 i noticed earlier that TH15 said he doesn't know how i got a file bigger than 157...WELL i don't know either...
