Haha.
Well I've been playing around with the special weapons, and I could never get your caretaker missile to hit just right.

That kinetic missile is nasty though, whoever made it did it right.

Still takes like 3 of them to take out the Lorn Dreadnaught, though, the shields I built in works very well.

The Caretaker ideally needs to hit it's target as if one were playing chicken with it. That is, head on.

I'm going to add more shrapnel to the next one I think. It needs more of those shards for extra damage.

I've been hitting stuff with it at angles.

Pretty impressive.
That got through the 4500 aegis shields and the 3000 armor piece on that side.

Actually, it hit head on. Only the rear sections were actually weak enough to be destroyed, I think.

How ironic, while sailing with the Singapore Navy I've come across every one of those US Navy ships that are mentioned. And that's all the way in our local waters. Though I'm not sure if I saw a Nimitz... I've seen a few carriers but the only only one that I remember the name of was the Reagan.

I looked at it, he used a pretty neat trick to get the sections not to show up. I'll leave it to him if he wants to reveal what he did.

If you're going to rip it off, at least have the heart to copy the pent beamer array hidden by the oversized tachyon repeater. And do something better than just resizing the aft communications "wings". I leave such horrible, horrible work so that they are easily recognised.
