First attempt with SW

AS my rather informative header suggests this is my very first (and second) attempt at creating ships with the SW parts and pieces.

Pictured below are the Emden Class Cruiser and Dominion Class Frigate.

I would love to recieve C&C, but I do have one question which I am positive has been asked and answered before... How do I place Weapons below a section?

Ugh, press "w". Nice ships, although I think that's too many autocannons.

Not at all.
If you need help, ask for it.

Now, the main thing is that the ship
looks a little weird when the weapons
are not layered, after that it should
look a lot better.

I doubt a frigate and a cruiser would have the same sized engine...

You are correct. There are three engines on the Cruiser, two off center and one centeral engine.

The dominion is okay, but the top ship is...well, overgunned.

Sweet, doesn't look so bad. But it looks awesome enough. (Aww, come on! Where is everyone getting theses sections? Even this guy knows where they are!)
