I think stock ships have very much been forgotten in all the developments in ship building recently, and breathing life into the stock fleet with the new weapons and new designs is a cool idea IMO. Fascinating method of transforming there. Whilst the ship isn't fantastic aesthetically, you get brownie points for the effort and innovation alone.

I don't think it's a Welsh term. I suppose it's based on the Nordic word Wyrd which is a really weird concept to get your head round but roughly means something like the way a person's past actions in life affect their future, like a sort of karma.

Great work, nice to see an innovative new idea like this, and very well executed.

I think it looks purdy cool, but I really don't like the section 4s all around the outline of the ship, I know they serve as ablatives but I think you could have done something else with them, to complement the straight lines in the internals.

I haven't been following the metagame closely but at first glance it seems the alliance are pretty much kicking the rebels' asses repeatedly.

However I'm sure Arcalane has some much larger challenges in store for the admirals, the rebellion is probably just warm-up target practice.

It's a long-existing problem. Broadside AI will likely never work if you spawn your ship close to the target ship. But if you bring your ship from outside the max AI range into it, then at that point it should make the broadside turn and move towards the target until it reaches the min AI range.

Well, I think they're all pretty good, my favourite is definitely the top one, carrier? Some nice section usage there. Will keep an eye on this.

If sections can be stretched, then surely they can be skewed? That would be useful in my opinion.
