It's not all parented to the core, that would be kind of impratical. But you are a little about sections going when an area is hit, especially in the front. I figure that if you sever the neck near the back, the front should follow.

I like the overall design, but I personally think the wings could be developed a little more. Other than that the overall design is good in my opinion.

Is it just a coincidence that some of your ships resemble the SR-71 Blackbird so accurately? That said, they look terrific.

There are no parenting errors. I also forgot to mention, if you can't find the main cannons those are the beamers running down the center and on the sides. Other than that, thanks so far for suggestions. I will edit it, and come back with the revision. After that, I eagerly await more feedback.
