You could try this - set the bubble shield to have Alpha=0 (so invisible), Nanomatrix for the regeneration, and use Deflectors with the colour set to near black (eg. custom colour -- red=8 green=8 blue=8) You can't control Deflector targeting but with it being the outermost piece, it should get targ...

The core can be resized just like a section (k / shift+k / i / shift+i ) - just make it small enough to fit underneath the single section.

Nano Matrix - initial range is 0.10, however, even if you increase the range (eg. 200) it will not repair the ship.

ThrusterEx - changing exhaust colour has no effect, it stays the default white.
