Re: God Class
I had been hoping for some constructive criticism, not, "this style is ugly", or whatever, but I knew I would not get, "that is freaking awsome yo", so whatever. @Anna Good work, you have thus proved that this style of building can be good, mabye not great, but good. You also hav...

Re: God Class
@ Water_and_Wind Ain't that the cauldron calling the kettle black? I never said my work was better than anyone else's, just better than my own previous work. Also, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder", so :P . One thing though Anna, try building a ship like this yourself, and have it loo...

Re: God Class
I use the original's names since each ship is what I think the original would look like when warped by many years traveling through space and time. Anna, if you think they look ugly, then that's your opinion, and I will respect that. But I still think they look f***ing awsome. They certainly look be...

God Class
Story: Gods, what are they really? Illusions of grandure? Benevolent beings dealing out death and justice? Bloddthirsty denzies of another dimension? No one is truly sure of this, but some believe them to be ancient, yet advanced beings. . . . . The first of each kind ship out of the Alliance shipy...

First, write a note telling what Johnny told you, what Robert told you, what happened with Robert's heart, and what Mr. Gaye said.
Second, grab the canister.
Third, GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE!!!

Re: ShipMaker is giving me problems
I found out the real reason why the import feature wouldn't work for me before. It seems that the name of the custom sprites folder has to be this exactly: Custom sprites For some reason, if you capitalize the first s in sprites, the shipmaker wigs out when importing from the file, have no clue why ...

Re: Reaper Class Shipyard
Bump for story.
I scare myself here a little with how I could take how I actually came up with all of these ships, and turn it into a story.

How is beamer damage calculated?
I'm just a little troubled by this. I keep thinking it's like this:
damage X beam duration X burst X clipsize
Or at least something close too it.

Thanks Icy, haven't bothered with the first page of that thread since I read it the first time, it's no wonder I forgot which one it was.

Need help finding a thread with a story in it
Some time ago I stumbled upon a thread somewhere in the BSF forums that had a fictious, but rather awsome description of BSF came to be as a way for all of planet earth to design space ships. Had something to do with a dying alien race deciding to give humanity the tools to create any ship they want...

Interesting, didn't know about the speed thing.

Re: How do you change where a bullet is fired from a sprite?
True, and yet, there are many custom weapon sprites that are actually made in a way that they line up with the firing point.
Try explaining that one lolz.

Re: How do you change where a bullet is fired from a sprite?
Then how in the blazes do weapons fire out of the ends of their default sprites?
Oh well, I figured that would be the case.
Thanks.
