Updated submission restrictions to match current state of the game. Keep em coming guys. Note that we'll probably overhaul the graphics of everything sooner or later though, which will probably mean changing all the designs.

Okay the next version will support all the custom sprites bundled in the 090d distribution of the game. Having great ships is important for this game and supporting custom sprites is a big part of that

This happens when Windows User Account Countrol (UAC) blocks write access to the .dll files in the game directory. Either turning off UAC or install the game to a folder you have full access to (such as the desktop or c:\<username>).
