Best Battlecruiser I've seen to date. The only part that bugs me is the front of the wings. Maybe a Kae_sec01 on top of some angle-edged piece would work there.

Also, the end looks rather thin, looks like it could be snapped off too easily, leaving one gun short. I wouldn't be so worried about the particle gun, as much as losing the engine basically hamstrings the ship. The whole thing is awesome looking, something I would mount on a station's edge to spin...

Maybe replace the center pylon with a section a bit beefier, but it otherwise is a good improvement over the older version.

Sorta random, but the bomber has a lot less blue then the other two ships.

Not exactly sure what the corridor damage effect is.

Been trying to make a drone system similar to Demeters, but instead of shooting bullets, they'd release bursts of energy while flying over the target.

EDIT: ...Flash Bolter does exactly the same thing, just minus the error message. Gah, looks like I'm going to have to redo my plans.

Well you caught my attention, and I'm liking this ship. It does sound like a good idea to use custom sections to clean it up some, and maybe for removing some of the straight lines visible in the current sections.

Though I dunno whether I liked it better with or without those extra floating pieces.

Regarding the limit of code that Game Maker can execute in a chunk, anybody know the number of how much that is?

Trying to figure out if my ship project is too ambitious, considering I'll probably hit the 3k mark in lines of code.

Last week was dead week with final projects, and now it's heading to finals week, so... my ship has been creeping along very slowly. Bugs in BSF don't help either.

Gonna have to scratch the idea of making a fan ship.

I have a ship with sections using the Fake Aegis effect and Alpha Fade. The Alpha Fade is set to go between 0.2-0.5 for some of the sections and 0.4-0.7 on another, and it shows up fine in preview.

When I load it in game, they appear to go between 0-1 instead.

If a ship uses a couple custom sections from a variety of different packs, would you prefer:
1) All the used sections be in one folder with the ship's name?
or
2) All the links to the individual section pack downloads?

Reverse engineered one of the Arch Angel's Fin Funnels and mounted it on a simple demonstrator ship. It's not an exact replica, but hopefully it helps show how they work.
