What are the rules regarding upgrading of ships; are there restrictions on how much can be changed?

That was pretty awesome. I wonder how Plea for Death and Boxale will do on the bosses not so vulnerable to them...

Deflectors moved, although the rules seem to say only sections need to stay off the core.

I haven't made a formation yet, though I would be happy to edit any proposed ones. Just remember to place Plea very far ahead of the others, so that on bosses placed oddly and the multi boss battle, it gets the lock for sure.

Firstly, there is a bug thread for these problems. Secondly, you likely hit the 'Accelerate time' button (the FF one).
