I think it would look better if its current rear was its front. I like those kinds of ships. It looks really good as it is though, I can't wait to see some weapons.

Enyos work pretty well in grinder too, not as well as they do against the Leviathan, but usually the AI isn't smart enough to move out of the way of a Teller beam. Range is probably your best bet, if you can take a few out before they get close, that's a lot less damage you soak up, and a lot less t...

Love it. That was probably one of my favorite units from Starcraft, mostly because of the Commodore type guy who talked with a cool accent when you clicked on them. Also, Yamato = Instant Win.

Well, I did the bursts, but while testing it, I got an even more awesome idea. Is it possible to make a burst of 50 or so, and have the torpedoes exploding constantly, so that it looks like you're ship is shooting clouds of gas? I tried using a really high variance, but there was very little differe...

It looks like a giant tachyon driver, with spikes. I do love the shape of the ship (not the wings), and the spines on it (the red ones).

Is that possible? Won't they go all over the place?

Well, the idea is that the ship is very slow, and has very slow guns. The torpedoes do a lot of damage, but move very slowly and are easy to dodge. Also, a bunch of torpedoes would tear the crap out of anything without PDs, and I want my ships balanced.

So... If I want some plasma torpedoes that will get anywhere near a target with PDs, is there any advice someone can give me?

How about a Grimtooth, or Arbalest. I like the names, but I like the ships even better. The Claymore is damn sexy.
