Thanks for the praise. It´s really not so difficult to build a ship from inside out, sure doing it with a asymmetrical ship ramps up the difficulty a bit but I´m sure it´s doable with an symmetrical ship.

I love the ships simplicity, I´m not a fan of angled engines in general, but it works. Also nice choice of colours. This is an perfect example, that you haven´t overload a ship with details to get an awesome ship, alsoI don´t care if you give a shot from right to left or left to right, I can think in...

Go for "with modules", this is the perfect opportunity for you to try your hand at custom spritework, I would suggest to create some for the hull too. I recommend GraphicsGale, it´s easy to use. You should try to use some other sections here: http://img12.imageshack.us/img12/2787/clipboard...

The struts are rather spindly, and it seems to be lacking detail in at least a few sections. Otherwise it looks great. I will still pretend people are reading the thread before posting. Thanks for your input on the struts, but they will be covered, reinforced in given time, when I´m sure of the fin...

After a long debate the senate has given green light for the first battleship class for the Talurian Navy.

The first build phase shows a spinal weapon of massive proportions.

Whoa man. The color choice isn't very good. It's a bit too colorful. Otherwise it's pretty much perfect. Chances are most of those funny colored sections are going to be covered up later, just like on the other ships. I love this way of going at building a ship, it gives a feel of really having bee...

To adress the asymmetrical ships. Try to balance the propulsion a bit more, it´s totally fine in my eyes to build this kind of ships if you keep an eye on your ships centroid. Also you should avoid to sprinkle your guns over this kind of ships, create a theme for everyone of it. Your "echo"...

I totally agree with you, the small ones are fine (perfect in my opinion), but jumping the entire rest of your ship rooster led to clustering supreme, try to evole from small to big. Yes we all like the big ships but only the process of evolution will bring you to unitary feel and style.

In fact i wish they didnt get entirely covered. Thanks for the praise, I was thinking about not covering everything, but as a warship it didn´t work for me. Non-frontlineships will sport more innards. The next one will be a Rocket Destroyer ( I dislike the word "MISS"le ), but I´m still s...
