I'm request you quit zooming in when you take screenshots. It distorts the ship and I can't tell whether they're great or crap. Default zoom plz.

Metagame Web Application?

I feel like one of the biggest problems with the current meta resides in the massive amount of work required to keep it running. This does two things. First, it makes it utterly impractical to have turns more frequently than we have them now, which leads to a slow progression of events, which leads ...

Thats about the best description of the two you can get but CnC still is a RTT even though its classed as an RTS just because RTT is a worse acronym and some idiots got it wrong at the start. To me this screams "I wish the definition were this because it would better fit my perception of reali...

Got something transforming coming, but how does one take a animated screenshot? Generally, one begins by reading the goddamn manual. From there, it's a matter of: There is a new option to capture a set number of frames. Press Shift + F9 to use it. As with normal screenshot, you will be able to pick...

Nobody should be banned over this, you bickering manchildren. Agreed entirely. I was going to post something about how Eri definitely shouldn't be banned just because he pissed a few people off. Wait until he actually does something banworthy. "Messing with a community project" may have b...

In that case, I've got no idea. As far as I know, there's nothing about what you posted that clashes with BSF. The issue is, therefore, something you haven't posted. The standard procedure would be to uninstall and reinstall the whole game. The installer seems to bugger up from time to time.

Are you using Vista? Is UAC on? If so, either turn UAC off or run SM with a Right Click > Run as administrator and see if that works.

Goddamn, spoilers much? I know most people who are going to see it probably already have, but a warning would be nice for those who are waiting for a DVD release or something.

I'ma go ahead and disagree with the majority and say this is my favorite ship of yours yet. I do prefer the purple version, though, as there are a couple of places where the orange and blue seem to clash. Top notch work, as usual.

It's only similar to BSF in that they both have space ships and some degree of customization. They're both 2D, but to call that a similarity in a gameplay sense is reaching, as I could call Oblivion similar to CoD similar on the same grounds. The core gameplay element in GSB is designing ships on a ...

Here's a link to an existing thread on the first page of Etcetera. It's still 2D. The ships are static renders of 3D models. You could do that with BSF if you wanted to. It's also got quite a bit more strategy, seeing as how the entire game is based around designing ships (weapons/modules only; hul...

Space fighters aren't even that realistic to begin with. >.> Besides you have no gravity so how does it affect it? Why do you repeatedly insist on talking with your ass? Go find a pencil. Set it on a table. Take your finger and press the eraser down into the table. Now take your other hand and try ...
