That's a ridiculous amount of deflectors. Damn right it's got a lot of deflectors! Honestly though, you can divide that number in half due to the ablative armor. I've played through the demo a few times, and I gotta say it's one of the better shmups I've played. Add more enemy variety and more levels and you have yourself a kick ass game.

How did you do the glowing effect? It's a technique that I kinda ripped off from Anna. What you do is ya build a ship in the standard color, (In my case a dark brownish gray.) and then outline all the outer sections with a contrasting bright color. (In my case teal.) It looks REALLY cool til you get to the back... wher it kinda... just... ends... Maybe put some more detail on the back?
