Wait, is it too late for me to switch to my already-approved more humanoid other character? I'm starting to have some apprehensions towards playing an animalistic (if intelligent) starfish thing :/. I'd rather join the fray with a humanoid character but if that can't be done I'm okay with keeping wh...

Rachmyre's status: [Location: North of the Mall. [Health: Fine. [Status: Exploring] Strolling like a giraffe on its four sleeping heads, Rachmyre eyed the blasted ruins of the city. Its wakeful head loomed over its small body, occasionally floating down on its long neck to check the stones for dropp...

I think animal noises combined with a form of empathy would make for a good communication system. In a general way Rachmyre will be able to tell the other characters what it's thinking about. What roles are still empty? Maybe my creature could fill one with some psi-based ability or general dexterit...

Some people dislike having to click on the thumbnails, so maybe you should upload larger images. On the ship: I like it. The green and dark purple make me think of some kind of glow in the dark sea creature. However it looks a bit fragile, especially with those open spaces at the back where the wing...

Update! Increased size of the StarStrider and also gave it a smoother design. http://i283.photobucket.com/albums/kk287/Stegowokk/StarStrider.png It also now has deflectors instead of a force field, as well as a Warp 10 Torpedo tube istead of a laser. And Commodore111 you are right about the Shadow a...

I really don't know very much about this but I want to help out any way I can. Maybe the people of these civilizations, having more time to think about art and science as Strideo said, began to focus more on these things? Perhaps there was a shift in perception, civilizations becoming great not enti...
