You don't. Aegised or not, the sections are fully invisible in game. This, however, leads to potential interesting things such as using nanomatrices to act as the "shield regenerators" instead of using deflectors or Aegis shields on high-HP pieces. . .

Updated to slightly modified design - more firepower, less shielding.
