The Starsector ship size scaling is a little different from what was used in DGW, so there are bound to be some problems. Honestly at one point I was actually considering remodelling the SAR ships to fit into Starsector properly, basically making a brand new set of ships sized and balanced for SS b...

I only asked just in case. Also, since the forum is so dead, I figured that if anyone else dropped by (like you for example Anna) they would probably see my post since it will be sitting at the relative top of the pile for a while.

Also, the pics are fine, that's all I need for Starsector sprites.

I suggest using low alpha fraxies to cast some highlights. (And to lower the alpha on the fraxies you already have)

On the wings: try turning the alpha on the section down and set it to "additive" blending (it will appear faded) then turn on glows.

Yea I'm just waiting for STARSTRUCK or Cycerin to give me some sprites :( clearly my own attempts aren't very good. The only thing I can see wrong with them is a lack of detail.The shape of the sprites is fine, actually the shape is quite versatile. Just put some squiggly lines and dots on 'em alon...

Necrontyr, How long could you survive like that though? Gatling guns and mini-guns fire at thousands of rounds per minute.
