Re: Books

Well, yeah, because in a general literature topic we wouldn't be reszricted to Sanderson.

Re: Books

Is it a general book topic or about the books set in Sanderson's multiverse?

Re: Sovereign Aurelian Republic

I see two problems with your ships:

1. The ECM really needs a nerf. I suggest decreasing the radius.

2. Also, the flareguns are useless.

Re: I'm on a Star Trek kick

Have you changed anything, or are you just posting another perspective for the ship?

Re: Rothnian Republic

Oh, hey, I've released some new (and some older-but-unreleased) ships.

Re: I'm on a Star Trek kick

It looks quite similar to the reboot's Constitution. I may or may not have mentioned it a few posts ago. Eh, thought you were referring to the Mirror Universe for some reason. Ah well, that's what you get for browsing the internet just after you wake up. Nah, mirror Constitution looks like the prim...

Re: I'm on a Star Trek kick

Cool. Are the differences between your version and the original intentional?

Re: I'm on a Star Trek kick

Quite interesting. Looks like an alt reality Constitution class with a curvier and thicker saucer section and slightly diferent nacelles and pylons tilted backwards somewhat more (which I consider and improvement).

Re: Delta shipyards

In that case you should probably use the fighterbay module instead of tiny ships.

Re: Delta shipyards

As for the ships themselves, the really are nothing special. Torrent is absolutely horrendous when it comes to sectionwork, but the rest are kinda fine (although still pretty bland and with some flaws). Some ships suffer from section overlap, though. Also, your ships lack colour and depthing, and th...

Re: Delta shipyards

I hope the bubbleshield in the first picture is just a section and not a bubbleshield module. We use the fighterbay release in DGW, so you won't be able to enter if you use the shield module.

Re: Kriken Civil War-Ashtic Commonwealth and Kriken Coalitio

Both have their advantages. Flak guns are good for stopping large amounts of projectiles from afar, while particle guns are fine, versatile tools for clearing projectiles at various places, but at the cost of being less efficient against large amounts of incomming projectiles. I'd stay with the part...

Re: Destiny's workshop

*Cough* Oversaturation *Cough*

The general shape is nice but not very interesting, although the tail thing seems pretty nice. The sectionwork is okay, but the front could use a bit of work both with sectionwork and depthing.
