Bleh, color is not my strong point. Went for orangeish because I like orange. Having a lot of trouble actually varrying the colors.

It just seems too... bland. The shape isn't bad per se, but some color, at the least, monochrome, should be thrown in. The back of the ship just doesn't seem right. I tried to make a bit more flow in the outline, and to give it a bit more defined engines. the empty spot in the front middle will hold a main gun, with those side sections to protect it.

Um, I realised the armored front sections don't blend well, expect a change.

This will come in very handy if I ever get my fleet going. How hard would it be to make a version for point defense and missiles as well?

Instead of Repeating what Orelius said, I'll give you a different piece of advice. Use Punctuation! It is rather hard to understand what you are saying. Try making scentences next time.

Well, they're not as bad as some of the noobships I've seen. I suggest you take screenshots in Shipmaker with a plain black background. Also you may want to take a look at SW sections.
