The two close together ones are have arcs of 70 degrees, the two at the back have 80 degree arcs, the ones on top have 110 degree arcs and the big one has a 100 degree arc.

They aren't actually meant to be anything in particular, I was just making spaceships for the sake of spaceships.

I basically remade the whole thing and the result looks pretty good in-game.



The thrusters might look absudly vulnerable, but I like how they look.

I hate to double post, but I put a front on the yellow thing. It looks kind of odd though. Can anyone advise me on what to do with it?

I have to say, I personally found the non-sw ships to be much more visually pleasing, it's too bad that the origional BSF style has gone so rapidly out of fashion.

With regards to radiators (they are radiators, not solar panels) I did think that myself, but I failed to come to a conclusion as to where and how to place radiators so that there would be more, but also not look stupid. Just because there's a relative lack of advancement in the military application of science it doesn't mean that overall there is stagnation in science overall. There's just not a massive cold war style arms race going on.

So that you know, technology isn't actually advancing in each subsequent spacecraft, it is just that existing (within the setting) technologies are being applied in the context of space warfare and on an ever larger scale.
