I'd say its not bad but one thing though: Deflector spam Yes, i know i'm not a referrence in ship making but still there's too much modules, for this "ship size" you could put 2 or 3 modules max... The weapons are less spamming but the "bay" definitively could say bye-bye to half...

If you like putting weapons like that on your ships you should take a look to Horsemonster's weapons, they are pretty awesome looking....

Hmmm... So far all i can think about is a tiny "mine ship" with suicidal tendencies on this matter... Maybe you should try torpedos at speed "zero" with custom sprite and, since you can, Make'em go boom wildly to compensate their immobility... OH and don't forget to wire'em to DC...
