7z is good as well. Better compression than zip and rar. Not widely used, but as equally supported as rar, since winrar can handle it and it can handle rar.

It isn't in the wrong section, I don't think. I think he had some ships he wanted to post then realised he didn't know how. Only a guess. And some people aren't all that familliar with forums. If they don't know, they hardly need abuse to learn to do things properly. It just bugs me that you basical...

Would it kill you not to take everything as a personal insult? I'm sure he didn't mean to be annoying.

I could imagine swarms of tiny ships from those. Look like beehives. Either way would be cool.

Yellow isn't bad, just seems a bit oversaturated here. I'd suggest going for a slightly creamier color, and adding just a bit to the gray. I certainly don't think it's bad, though. Seems designed quite well, though I've never understood why people like assymetry so much.

I'd say when using shipwrite sections, because they have shading and aren't transparent, we move away from theoretical. Either way, we do have dimensions of x, y, and depth; in my opinion, that constitutes 3 dimensions.

It's pretty dumb to not realise there are 4 dimensions, since everything exists for an amount of time. Same in 2d, there'd have to be a third dimension or they wouldn't be able to move. But that's a different 3rd than we think of.

The first, third and 4th are great. The nice curves are awesome. However, the first one needs to be colored by depth slightly better. That's really the only criticism I have for them. The others don't interest me all that much though.

The third dimension isn't really theoretical if you have a z-index attatched to each part, which we do.

I almost commented on the bad colors until i read more carefully. I actually really like the look of it.

I do like the concept, and especially the way the second one turned out... but fix the typo.

Oh, I'd love to, but I don't really have much confidence in my skills. I'll probably post my most recent ship some time, and that may make it clear why. But I may try before too long.
