Am I allowed to be lazy and "shade" the parts in the ship maker instead? As well, with the side gun arms... It'll come together once the railgun parts get sprited.

The main thrusters are overtaken by the missile rack, was one of my qualms when I was comparing it to the first incarnation, though that version's missile rack had a "cutaway" that revealed the main thrusters. This version was sorta impromptu, I ended up using a more slimmer "tail&quo...

Hm, sifting through the older pages of this section might give you a better clue as to how far one can really push ship building using stock sections. A good number of people used them especially well, tweaking the aegis glows (in editor) for stuff and what not, also cramming stuff together so well ...

Oog. That was the response I was looking for, I'd have to play around with adding in the small details, which I find it hard to do on large pieces without making it look overcrowded. Lazy conversions fail...

Formation creation:
Select ships you want to put into a formation, create a formation from those ships, then the entire formation acts as one unit, unless the player chooses to break up the formation.

This would allow me to micromanage less and free up group keys.

I like these ships, they are simple, plain, and look like they mean business. Wonderfully militaristic. The only real qualm is on the Super Destroyer the Main Turret circle is rather blurred, probably just from it rotating or something, but it still detracts from the rest of the ship. Its a rotatin...

Blah new question, though this is related to sprites, so I make a new weapon, a small weapon <flak> it doesn't seem to rotate by it's center... Is the sprite too small?
