For some reason I really quite like the shapes of that last big one. It would work really well with animations, having the bow close up then lock back. However, you should think more carefully about the composition of sections within your general outlines. If you focus on the internal lines you sho...

Simple, yet elegant, good work. Minor ninprick, the colors are a tad bland. Also, the first ship looks a little less detailed than the rest of the fleet. But other than that its a good start. The first one is the first one I made.(hence the crappyness) And as for the colors, I was thinking o...

My first SW ship
Well I decided to try my hand at this SW stuff, so heres my ship; Fury. All C&C welcome as always. (By the way, this was just a quick 15 minute ship to see if I was doing it right) http://i28.tinypic.com/33aw187.jpg I tried to make a little bit more of an effor to make this next one more like a ...

edit button much? I think shields serve their purpose. Depends on whether your using sectional shielding as on the tugboat or a bubble shield, and whether you balance them by giving the shield section custom hp. In any case there are some weapons, such as nukes, and sometimes fighters, which can da...

The glowing part of the pheonix wings is too far back, its corner is sticking out. Original shape as far as I know =P to be blunt, the pheonix was a pain in the ass, I think I did something horribly wrong with the coloring (used fake aegis for everything) here is what it looks like in game; http://...

Civilian Ships
I saw a post in one of the other sections regarding the fact that their are very few civilian based spacecraft in the realm of BSF. This made me start thinking, especially of forms of luxury space travel, and after about an hour I came up with this. All critics and suggestions are welcome, as always...

Yeah, it did sort of screw up the name... but to me it looks a lot better. Not sure about the engine. This stuff could be used in some interesting encounters... I wanted the engine to look more like the back of a luxury car, and I guess it didn't really work out as I planned. =\ EDIT: Making new th...

Also I would like to ask something of you voters, if you could please leave a reason as to why you think I should or should not create m...

A little PD for asteroids, wouldn't want the shiny hull scuffed and dented. And dido on the center detail. That is a great idea, after paying 40 billion dollars for a space yacht I wouldn't want it to be defaced by lingering space junk either. As for the plain sections, to be honest I was struggeli...
