the huge blue piece out in front has an appalling lack of detailing. Add something on it to give it more detail and, by result, more depth. That being said, I like these ships best so far. You need a highlight color: a lighter shade of either the gray or blue, but the color scheme is distributed wel...

I'm of the opinion that the weapons are spammy, and indeed the shape seems to have been made to do so. A sleeker design with less weapons would appear more fearsome. I would suggest in the least staggering the cannons between levels. Such was the practice of even the oldest seagoing vessels with bro...

the colors are too dark: the deep green almost fades out. Use more shading, and pick a highlight to dramatize the work.

Would you please post a shipmaker shot, so we can accurately tell what in the f*%k just happened?

Thank you.

In either case the drill needs to be bigger. That one you can insert up to the "hilt" there and then you have to.... back up? That's not tactically sound. Better to have a larger drill in which you can just keep going right on through.

I also have to say I dislike the drill in its current form. It is worth mentioning that very few drills for tunneling are ever that long. They either A) have a short bit and move on a predetermined track to provide depth from a standing position, or B)grind and chew using a rotating disc with teeth....

yeah, but the sequel forgot the strategy part. No buildings, no techtree. Otherwise we would have just folded up, like the Tau mod did. Its unit focused: no building at all. ... Which is beside the point. I didn't screenshot or narrate each cutscene. The sheer time it takes to do all this is stagger...

Gun decks are too blank. One of the rows of auto-cannons needs to go: too many barrels poking out. And the "thruster" section at the back should have something more defining it. It currently looks like a right/left dual thruster. If so, it needs to have a piece in the middle for distinction.

The color scheme still looks like dying moss. North side?

Need highlights, and likely a complimentary color.

Though I disagree, Krishach, I think the assymmetry is mostly well done... Its the other part of "mostly" that I'm talking about http://img18.imageshack.us/img18/318/apocalypseclassdreadnau.png Because certainly you want to fly in circles too.... It looks like an engine, and with no thrus...

The darker areas are far too dark and uniformly so. Without any depth or shading they look flat and pointless. You also have no highlights: you should pick a brighter color or shade of those two and use it SPARINGLY to highlight what you've done. I'd suggest fixing those and reposting or you'll be h...

Some of the asymmetry looks absolutely forced and unnatural, due to some of the parts you used. The nose asymmetry on everything but the dreadnought looks like crap, and needs different pieces. Also, the asymmetry is bad in some cases. No mirroring is fine, but placing a WING thruster on 1/2 the shi...

I missed the sun sprite altogether... I'd do a covered Aegis around the interior of the sections you used for the circle.
