I'm of the opinion that the weapons are spammy, and indeed the shape seems to have been made to do so. A sleeker design with less weapons would appear more fearsome. I also have to say I dislike the drill in its current form. It is worth mentioning that very few drills for tunneling are ever that long. They either A) have a short bit and move on a predetermined track to provide depth from a standing position, or B)grind and chew using a rotating disc with teeth....

yeah, but the sequel forgot the strategy part. No buildings, no techtree. Otherwise we would have just folded up, like the Tau mod did. Its unit focused: no building at all. ... Which is beside the point. I didn't screenshot or narrate each cutscene. The sheer time it takes to do all this is stagger...

The darker areas are far too dark and uniformly so. Without any depth or shading they look flat and pointless.
