Ok... I definitely like those grilled sections. I could do plenty with those.

On the other hand,there aren't a whole lot of really large sections,having them full sized may be good for making large ships while keeping the section count down without having to make compound sections.

You can get it by right clicking your core and clicking 'change core'.

It's a old ship(pre v90) but your looking for parenting,not advanced effects.

I think the main problem with your ship was where you placed those mini-missiles. They seem to clash with the kae_mechasw12s.

Then again... looking at it more,I'm starting to like that. I'm not really seeing any big issues.

I think you should have the others thrown in too,I can think of a couple uses for them.

If you darken those middle sections like the WF sprites in the original,I think the name will become readable again.

Steampunk is really the natural way to go,the mecha pack and the steampunk are probably your two most popular packs.

Then again,kae_generic could be a better path.
